Other features include multi-page forms, calculated values & scores using form fields, and permission-based account access to give district staff access to view results.
Once your forms have been published, they are rendered in a responsive UI, so that they appear properly on all devices including tablet and mobile devices. Form submissions are secured with industry leading security standards, ensuring the security of sensitive data. Multiple forms can be linked together with workflow logic, and users can also upload files along with their form submissions. You can also allow for partial responses with our Save & Return feature.
Once a form has been submitted, an email notification is sent to keep your district staff informed. Data can be exported in a variety of formats for import into other systems, as well as into PDF format for standard reporting. Results can also be displayed visually in graphs and tables.
